A demo reel (AKA demo tape, show reel, etc) is a video or audio presentation designed to showcase your talents to a potential employer. The idea is that the employer can see what you are capable of based on the examples you have supplied. Depending on your area of experience and the position you are applying for, your demo reel may include examples of your camerawork, editing, graphics, sound mixing, presenting, etc.

From the San Jose Sharks' first ever draft pick in Pat Falloon, George Kinston named as the first head coach in team history and Doug Wilson serving as the franchise's first captain to current Head Coach Todd McLellan, captain Rob Blake and Wilson now leading Team Teal as a GM and the rest of today's Sharks, somethings change but somethings remain the same.
The faces in the teal sweaters may be different but the overall goal remains the same from the Sharks' inaugural season in 1991-92 to today's five-time Pacific Division championship team: winning.
